Bookings: Bookings can be made by telephone between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday on 0114 3830004. All potential clients need to arrange to telephone the office to discuss treatment before booking. In the event that I am unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name and a return number. Sheffield CBT Practice aim is to get back to you within 24 hours but usually it is within 3 hours. Payment: Payment is due at the end of your session and is payable in cash and cheque (Cheques made payable to your therapist). Payment can also be made via PayPal and must be paid in advance if using this method. Deposit: The deposit fee is to be paid via PayPal in advance of the consultation. The deposit is refundable as long as no appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. If zero or insufficient notice is given the full deposit can be used at my discretion to cover the missed or cancelled session. Cancellations & Transfers: If a client requests a transfer to an alternative session slot and the request is received with more than 24 hours’ notice before the original session time there will be no fee. If a client gives less than 24 hours’ notice before the session time the deposit will be retained. Cancellations by Sheffield CBT Practice: Sheffield CBT Practice reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual without reason. Notice of a change to an appointment will be given as far in advance as possible. Unforeseen Events:  Sheffield CBT Practice are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) if prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Data: When you book, all personal data provided will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy.
