Terms & Conditions
Bookings
Bookings can be made by telephone between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday, by calling 0114 3830004. All potential clients must arrange a phone consultation to discuss treatment before booking. If I am unavailable to take your call, please leave a message with your name and a contact number. Sheffield CBT Practice aims to return your call within 24 hours, but it is typically within 3 hours.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your session. You may pay by cash or cheque (cheques made payable to your therapist). Alternatively, payment can be made via PayPal, which must be completed in advance if using this method.
Deposit
A deposit is required and must be paid via PayPal in advance of your consultation. The deposit is refundable if no appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. If a session is missed or cancelled with insufficient notice, the full deposit may be retained at my discretion to cover the missed session.
Cancellations & Transfers
- Transfers: If you request to transfer to an alternative session time and provide more than 24 hours’ notice before the original session, there will be no fee.
- Late Notice: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be retained.
