We are often asked exactly how much cognitive behaviour therapy will cost in total but it is not always possible to be specific as different people with different issues need a different number of sessions.
On each of the issue specific pages on this site we have added a rough approximation of the total number of sessions needed. This is more as a guide than a a specific quote.
Here at Sheffield CBT there are several therapists available. Each session is 60 minutes in duration.
£125 per session Children and Young Peoples/neurodiveristy specialists : Sarah and Emma.
£110 per session Accredited CBT Psychotherapists: Jane, Sarah, Karen, Kate, Lee, Jacqui, Jenny and Ellie.
£75 per session – Counsellor using CBT techniques
£75 per session – Trainee counselling psychologist : Marsha
£60 per session – Practice Wellbeing Practitioner : Rachel
Payments for sessions are due on the day of the appointment and can be paid by cheque, cash, bank transfer or Paypal.
