Nathalie Keightley

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist £110 per session
Nathalie is a BABCP-registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and registered mental health nurse. She has 13 years’ experience in mental health, working in both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and has been practising as a CBT therapist since 2019. Her move to private practice was motivated by a desire to provide more personalised, person-centred care.
She has additional training in supporting people living with chronic health conditions and in using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients manage difficulties with emotional regulation.
Nathalie works with people aged 16–65, offering personalised assessment and collaborative therapy to help clients understand their difficulties and develop practical skills to feel less stuck. She creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, with clear goals agreed and progress reviewed regularly.
She supports a wide range of presenting problems, including:
- OCD
- Social anxiety
- Health anxiety
- Generalised anxiety
- Depression
- Low self-esteem
- PTSD
- Neurodivergence
- Adjustment disorders
Outside of work Nathalie enjoys adventures with her young child and dog, exploring mountain trails with friends, and sitting in the calm of a sunrise or sunset view —her favourite place to be.
