Kate Sales is a qualified EMDR therapist; my background is in acute mental health services, where she has 14 years of experience. She currently works as a matron, leading 4 wards of professionals to deliver high-quality care.
She has experience in formulation and CBT-informed approaches, as well as knowledge and understanding of different mental health treatments where relevant.
She has experience working in and outside of the UK in different environments, completing training in mental health awareness.
