Jenna Scofield has worked in the mental health field for over ten years, supporting a diverse range of individuals, including adults and children with learning disabilities in her role as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist. Over the past eight years, she has delivered psychological interventions to adults experiencing common mental health difficulties, initially as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and currently as a CBT Therapist within NHS Talking Therapies.

Jenna is an accredited CBT Therapist with extensive experience delivering evidence-based therapy within NHS primary care services. She currently works with adults experiencing a range of anxiety disorders, depression and trauma-related difficulties, offering structured, goal-focused support tailored to each individual.

She has a strong interest in working with perinatal mental health problems, low self-esteem, and complex presentations.

Alongside her clinical work, Jenna provides supervision to other CBT therapists and holds a perinatal lead role. In this position, she offers specialist supervision, oversees the development and implementation of perinatal care pathways, builds and maintains multi-agency partnerships, and supports training and workplace development.

Her aim is to create a space where people feel heard, understood and supported. Jenna is passionate about helping individuals make meaningful and long-lasting changes, while ensuring they feel safe enough to explore the challenges that have brought them to therapy.
